Rollin Smoke Barbeque is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Full-Time Administrative Assistant and General Manager’s Personal Assistant. As a popular and fast-paced barbeque restaurant, we are looking for someone who can handle multiple responsibilities with efficiency and professionalism.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and coordinating with vendors
  • Act as the point of contact between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders
  • Coordinate and organize events, meetings, and special projects as needed
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
    Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in administrative support or office management roles preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
