Job Overview

We are hiring for line cooks for the 2024 summer season. We will be opening for the year on Monday April 1, 2024.

Responsibilities 

  • Preparing delcious food, while following our company's recipies
  • Working in a quick and clean manner
  • Stocking your station for not only your shift but to make shift transtitions smooth

Skills 

Our resturant's stations are: Pizza / Pantry, Fry, Sautee, and Grill. While each station is a bit different, many items do come from different areas and get combined by our expos.

  • Communciation, with the manager and the other line cooks to ensure tickets are sent together
  • Time managment and prioritization
  • Knife skills are a plus
  • Knowlage of fish
