Position: General Manager
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
As the General Manager, you will oversee the operations of a profitable business. Your duties include managing staffing, scheduling, ordering, ensuring smooth operations, maintenance, compliance with local regulations, marketing initiatives, and fostering community relations.
Work Schedule:
This position requires flexibility, as you will be working nights, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation Package:
During the 3-month trial period, you will receive a base salary , payable weekly for 7 shifts. A shift is defined as either the lunch shift from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM or the evening shift from 4:30 PM until closing.
Upon successful completion of the trial period, you will receive a signing bonus , and your base salary will increase . Additionally, you will become eligible for the following benefits:
- Profit Share:
- Year one: 0.5%
- Year two: 1%
- Year three: 2%
- Year four: 3%
- Year five: 5%
- Discretionary Bonuses:
You may receive discretionary bonuses based on performance. - Personal Days:
You will be entitled to 3 personal days. - Paid Time Off (PTO):
- After 6 months: PTO begins to accrue.
- After 1 year: You will be eligible for 1-week paid time off.
Annual Review:
After one year, or sooner if necessary, you will have an annual review with ownership to discuss your compensation plan, set goals, and establish metrics for the following year.
Responsibilities: - Supervise team of front and back of workers
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
- Train and evaluate employees
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
