Responsibilities 

  • Deliver food promptly and accurately while maintaining proper presentation.

  • Assist with pre-bussing, clearing, and resetting tables.

  • Refill water and assist guests as needed.

  • Support servers and team members to ensure smooth service.

  • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked service stations.

  • Verify table numbers, orders, and special requests before running food.

  • Complete assigned side work and follow opening and closing procedures.

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and hospitality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred

  • Fine-dining experience is a plus

  • Knowledge of proper food handling and service etiquette
