Job Title: Line Cook (Part-Time / Full-Time)

Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (Days, Evenings & Weekends)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled & reliable Line Cook who can execute consistently under pressure. This role requires speed, organization, & attention to detail while maintaining high food quality & cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities:
· Prepare & cook menu items to spec during service
· Set up & stock stations with necessary prep & ingredients
· Maintain a clean, organized, & efficient workstation
· Follow recipes, portioning, & plating standards
· Communicate clearly with kitchen & front-of-house team
· Assist with prep, cleaning, & closing duties
· Ensure food safety & sanitation standards are upheld

Requirements:
· Previous line cook experience preferred (breakfast/brunch experience an asset)
· Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
· Strong time management & multitasking skills
· Consistency & attention to detail
· Ability to stand for extended periods & handle physical demands
· BC FOOD SAFE 1 certification (required)
· BC FOOD SAFE 2 certification (definitely an asset!)
· Reliable & punctual

Schedule:
· Flexible shifts (morning, daytime, & evening availability preferred)
· Weekend availability required

Compensation:
· Hourly wage - starting around $19.00–$24.50/hr based on experience
