Job Overview

The successful candidate will be a senior member of the hospitality team and will work directly with the Taproom Manager, Head Chef, General Manager and Owners.

Responsibilities

  • Become the primary point of contact for all event iquiries
  • Present existing event packages to prospective clients
  • Design, build and promote new special event packages
  • Manage existing bookings, coordinate events, execute event plans
  • Liaise with rental companies, caterers, wedding planners, and other suppliers
  • Drive event revenue for the business
  • Host on-site events and represent the company at off-site events when needed
  • Focus on enhansing the customer experience
  • Lead weekly event status meetings with the Overflow hospitality team

Skills

  • Candidates should be proficient in the use of scheduling applications
  • Creativity is essetial along with a willingness to present new ideas
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and building reports
  • Experience using Canva, Photoshop or any other graphic software
  • Strong customer service skills are an essential part of this role
  • Understanding and communicating the customer vision is key to being successful at this role
