Responsibilities 

  • Work in conjuctions with a Master Japanese Sushi Chef cutting fish and preparing sushi in the traditional Japanese style.
  • Complete setup and breakdown of a sushi bar according to Health code regulations and company policy.
  • Promote positive working environment with other employees and a welcome atmosphere for customers.

  • Master Status Preferred 10 years Plus Work Experience
  • Self motivated and capable of working under stressful situations
  • Expert Knife Skills
  • Expert in Food Safety
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Complete knowledge of the Sushi Preparation
  • Speed while multi tasking
  • Good customer relation skills
  • Excellent team work capabilities
  • Ability to perform all duties before, during and after service
