About the Position

Brickline Pizza Co. is looking for a Pizza Boss to join our crew!

We’re a locally owned pizza shop specializing in giant 24-inch New York-style pizzas, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in making great food, works hard, and brings positive energy to the kitchen.

We’re a small, tight-knit team, so finding the right person is important to us. We want someone who’s dependable, motivated, and excited to be part of a growing business.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare, stretch, top, and bake our signature 24-inch New York-style pizzas.
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation with every order.
• Take control as head pizza maker of Brickline Pizza Co.
• Work efficiently during busy rushes while maintaining high food-quality standards.
• Keep kitchen stations clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily kitchen operations.
• Work together with the crew to keep service running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• Pizza-making or kitchen experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person.
• Someone who takes pride in their work and pays attention to details.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible.
