Responsibilities 

  • Each employee is responsible for ensuring proper food handling procedures are always followed.
  • Proper execution and plating of dishes. Maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
  • Restocking needed prep items for their assigned station
  • as well as a full cleaning of the work area after closing.

Skills 

  • Urgent completion of orders as they are recieved.
  • It is preferred to have at least one year of prior restaurant or kitchen experience.
  • A Valid Utah Food Handler certification is mandatory.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US.
