Job Overview

As a Zaxby’s Manager, you’ll help lead daily restaurant operations while ensuring excellent guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and team performance. Managers are responsible for supervising Team Members, handling opening and closing procedures, monitoring labor and inventory, enforcing food safety standards, and helping maintain a positive, efficient work environment.
We’re looking for dependable leaders with strong communication skills, good judgment, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
