Job Overview

Responsibilities 

  • Arriving before service to set up your assigned station and make certain it is in “ready to open” status with your chef.
  • Checking your back-ups of prepped items
  • Ensuring temperature controls are being followed ie. checking temps on your stations coolers
  • Checking that FIFO (First In First Out) is enforced on your product from the previous shift.
  • Making sure your station has the necessary equipment before opening.
  • Upon opening, receiving orders via Calls or Tickets and preparing food in a timely manner.
  • After service, cleaning, restocking, and organizing your station to allow for a smooth opening the next day.
