Join the opening team of Paris Baguette's newest bakery café in Alpharetta!
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Front of House Manager to help launch and lead our newest location. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new store opening, build a team from the ground up, and grow your career with one of the fastest-growing bakery café brands in the world.
Please note: The Alpharetta café is currently under development. Training will take place at an existing Paris Baguette location prior to the store opening. Candidates must be available to travel to the training location during the onboarding period.
About the Role
The Assistant Front of House Manager supports daily café operations, team development, inventory management, customer service excellence, and overall store performance. This role works closely with the management team to ensure operational standards are met while fostering a positive and engaging environment for both guests and employees.
Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily front-of-house operations and team leadership
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new employees
  • Coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Create employee schedules and delegate daily responsibilities
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and product deliveries
  • Oversee POS operations, cash handling, refunds, and transaction accuracy
  • Coordinate catering and special orders
  • Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
  • Support new product launches, promotions, and community events
  • Conduct inventory counts and operational inspections
  • Serve as Manager-on-Duty when needed

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of restaurant, bakery, café, or hospitality experience
  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with POS systems (Toast preferred)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
