Job Overview

Responsibilities 

  • Greet all guests promptly with a friendly, welcoming attitude
  • Manage the waitlist and seating flow to ensure efficient service
  • Escort guests to tables and provide them with knowlege of any specials
  • Communicate clearly with servers and management about table status
  • Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or guest inquiries
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area
  • Monitor restaurant flow and adjust seating to support the kitchen and bar
  • Assist with light cleaning, resetting tables, and supporting FOH as needed
  • Provide accurate wait times and manage guest expectations
