  • Monitor food quality during preparation and cooking to ensure it meets our fine dining expectations.
  • Support the dietary department by accommodating special dietary needs when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within a restaurant or fine dining setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation practices.
  • Familiarity with culinary techniques, including grilling, sautéing, and baking.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
