Job Overview

Responsibilities 

  • Opening kitchen, refill toppings whereever necessary
  • Take inventory of items and inform management about Items that are short.
  • prepare toppings that includes slicing onions, peppers, mushrooms etc.
  • clean the oven in the morning before turning on
  • keep a clean kitchen that includes prep tables. kitchen sinks etc.
  • Must prep dough and ball them after proofing.
  • Receive inventory from suppliers and make sure items match ordered inventory
  • ability to lift weights (30-35 lbs)

Skills 

  • Must be a high school graduate
  • Must have prior experience working in food industry especially with Pizza preparation
  • Willing to learn
  • willing to take new responsibilities
  • experience changing syrup boxes in a soda fountain
  • Good to have experience entering orders online. (training on the inventory order website will be provided).
  • Must have food handlers certificate
  • Good to have food protection manager certificate.
