Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced and personable Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong cocktail knowledge, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and embodies genuine hospitality. You’ll play a key role in shaping the guest experience by crafting drinks with precision and creating a welcoming bar atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages consistently and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Follow all recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards
• Check identification to verify customers meet age requirements for alcohol service
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Support servers with bar orders and ensure timely drink delivery
• Manage cash and POS transactions accurately
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restock needs to management
• Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service laws and company policies

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in a full-service restaurant
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and mixology fundamentals
• Must hold a valid California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
• Must have availability on Sunday, Monday & Thursday.
• Weekends and holidays required
