Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive, personalized service to guests throughout their dining experience
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our food menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens
  • Stay current on our cocktail program, wine list, and beverage offerings to make informed recommendations
  • Maintain restaurant appearance through regular housekeeping duties including polishing silverware, glassware, and maintaining dining room cleanliness
  • Accurately process orders and payments through our POS system
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service execution
  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
  • Participate in pre-shift meetings and ongoing menu education

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of fine dining service experience preferred
  • TABC certification (current or willing to obtain)
  • Food Handler's certification (current or willing to obtain)
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service techniques
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays/multiple plates
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
