   Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, creating a positive first impression.
• Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements efficiently, ensuring a smooth flow of guests.
• Provide accurate wait times and inform guests of any specials or promotions.
• Escort guests to their designated tables, assisting with seating arrangements as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, including managing coat check and restroom cleanliness.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and address customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with the service and kitchen staff to ensure excellent communication and guest satisfaction.
• Adapt to changing priorities and assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed.
  Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
