The Prize Wheel at Fresh French Fries is looking for seasonal employees to join our team at the 2026 Minnesota State Fair. As a Seasonal Prize Wheel Employee you will serve our patrons at our Dairy location on the Minnesota State Fair grounds entertaining patrons while they wait to spin the prize wheel for some free french fries or soda!
Applicants considering applying should have a positive attitude, be enthusiastic and enjoy working with all types of people and a variety of age groups. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a personable and pleasant demeanor and prior experience working in the entertainment industry or the willingness to learn.
The Minnesota State Fair takes place August 27, 2026, through September 7, 2026.

Things to know:

  • Fairgrounds Admission Hours are :7 a.m. to 9p.m. daily and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Labor Day.
  • Prize Wheel operational hours will typically be between 10 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Please provide us with your availability accordingly.
  • FFF pays for your fair entrance ticket to work your shift. Shifts are scheduled for a minimum of 4 hours per day. Only indicate availability for a day that you can commit to working 4 hours or more.
  • Scheduling is based on your availability and the needs of the FFF operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Entertain and interact with those standing in line to spin the prize wheel.
  • This job is a fully standing position, applicants must be able to stand for a minimum of 4 hours.
