Pay & Tip Pool
This is a tipped position. Our team typically earns $20–$25 per hour in combined hourly wages and tip pool earnings.
Our tip pool includes hourly front-of-house and kitchen team members, with tips distributed based on hours worked and role. Good food and service take a full team, and our tip pool recognizes that contribution. That includes the prep work completed before service, which directly affects the quality, consistency, and timing of every meal we serve.
