Job Overview

Responsibilities 

  • Load and unload dishwashing machines, and hand-wash items like large pots, wooden cutting boards, and delicate glassware.
  • Store clean dishes, glasses, and utensils properly to ensure availability, especially during peak hours.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, including sanitizing surfaces and removing garbage regularly.
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies (e.g., detergents) and report any equipment issues promptly.
  • Assist with basic kitchen tasks and coordinate with staff to support smooth operations.

Skills 

  • Experience as a Dishwasher or in a kitchen setting is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to sanitation standards.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
  • Availability to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
