Living Room Coffee is looking for new baristas! Our coffee shop aims for the highest standards of ingredients, presentation, and employees.
While we prefer to hire people with prior barista experience, the right hospitality experience may substitute.

Responsibilities
• Take orders and payments on POS system
• Bar back to assist in preparation of drinks, according to LR recipes and standards
• Consistent preparation and production of all drink and few food items acording to Living Room standards
• Assist with dishes, cleaning and restocking
• Maintain a clean and orderly workstation
• Assist with deep cleaning of store as needed
• Adhere to health and safety standards
• Monitor inventory pars and alert director of coffee when items need to be ordered
• Go above and beyond to serve guests and coworkers when given the opportunity
Requirements
• Attention to detail
• Eagerness and enthusiasm to learn
• Willingness to replenish professional knowledge
• In depth knowledge of sanitation, food preparation, and food and health safety
• Food handlers’ certificate
• Adhere to all Home Church employee standards
Benefits
• Starting Hourly Rate: $16.50
• Eligible for tip sharing and raise after 90-day probationary period or when fully trained
• Additional benefits, such as health care, for eligible full-time employees
