TerraSole in Ridgefield is looking to hire the perfect candidate to fill Server & Bartender positions within our establishment. We are a Fine Dining Eclectic Cuisine Restaurant, located in the heart of Ridgefield, CT. We are hoping to find an open minded, hard-working, quick on their toes person, that would be a great addition to our ever-growing family.
We strive to ensure our staff has a good time at work, always with a smile on their faces, yet still understands that the kind of establishment they are serving in needs to have structure. That structure is what we are looking for in you! We have an amazing Management team at this time, however as we grow the team just can not handle it all on their own.

Skills

  • Compassionate, yet to the point

This is a Server position, where you will be needed all over the restaurant. Wither it be helping behind the bar, or taking a table because we are busy. To selling a bottle of wine, or placing an order for goods. We strive to be a TEAM at all times at TerraSole and are looking for someone to fit that mold. This is not a traditional manager position, but you will make a good salary and have a life long career that will end up being your "Dream Job".
