Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Hours: 15 hours per week (approximately 5 hours per shift)
We are seeking a reliable Food Prep Cook to prepare sauces, chocolate salami, ravioli fillings, and other menu items according to our recipes and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, portion, label, and store ingredients and menu components.
  • Follow recipes to ensure consistent quality.
  • Complete the daily prep list efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all food-safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Monitor ingredient freshness and minimize waste.

Qualifications

  • Kitchen or food-preparation experience preferred.
  • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to follow recipes and work independently.
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Pay Structure: Base Pay $10 + Tips (avg tips/hr = $4-6)
