JOB SUMMARY
Customer Service team members engage in front-line customer service as well as operate the food handling and preparation of the product. They are working on the front line of the business and are in front of the customer. They need to be people who are upbeat, fun and have a good understanding for how to work with people and manage the busy pace of the Chick’nCone® process. Customer Service team members are in many cases younger professionals who enjoy working in and around food service.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Know the products and offerings for Chick’nCone®
• Understand how to handle food and work in a kitchen operation
• Work well with others
• Fun and energetic personality
• Understands how to work with the cash register or POS system
• Believes in the Chick’nCone® concept
• Ensures that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the preventative maintenance programs.
• Fills in where needed to ensure customer service standards and efficient operations.
• Ensures that all products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the receiving policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the trading area.
• Knowledge or at least interest of food service operations
• Good basic math skills and have the ability to operate a cash register or POS system.
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
