Con Leche is a 400 square foot cafe in Reynoldstown focusing on specialty drinks and memberships. Our mission is to improve the way in which people interact with each other, food, and the physical world. Base pay is $12/hr with an additional ~$8-10/hr in tips
We are currently looking for a part-time barista (15-18 hours a week)
You will:

  • Work closely with your teammates and treat clients with the utmost care
  • Serve a selection of delicious coffees from Radio Roasters in a variety of different brewing methods
  • Serve delicious pastries and snacks from local suppliers, including Emerald City Bagels
  • Support your team in keeping the cafe running smoothly and clean
  • Drink way too much yummy coffee

  • A flexible schedule and are available to work weekends

Below we’ve mapped out the physical demands that are essential to the role:

  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. You’ll be on your feet the majority of the day, whether it's pulling shots or making bagels.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You’ll be handling bags of coffee beans, coffee dispensers, and trash/compost bins.
