Responsibilities

  • Strong focus to cook multiple items at varying temerpatures or times to ensure high quality product
  • Knowledge of different cooking methoeds for meats, veggitables or other items while following health and safety regulations to prevent cross contamination and ensure food is cook thuroughly
  • Time management to prepare menu items in coordination with fellow kitchen staff for prompt and fresh food is served
  • Basic knowledge of multiple kitchen postions to be able to assist when needed
  • Daily detail cleaning and stocking of station following sanitation and health reluations to ensure seemless service and proper rotation of product maintaining food quality

Skills

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time in higher than normal temperatures
  • Food presentation is major in keeping elevated and consistant results that guest expect
  • Adaptability to menu changes, guest request, changing demands and at times a fast pace, hish pressure enviroment and handle all with level temperament
