Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated Servers who bring energy, attentiveness, and a passion for excellent service. In this role, you'll be the face of The Greenside—responsible for ensuring each guest receives a seamless, enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and answer questions about food and beverages
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar teams
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal
• Present checks and process payments with accuracy and a friendly demeanor
• Clear and reset tables efficiently, and assist with maintaining dining area cleanliness
• Assist with light prep tasks such as polishing silverware, rolling napkins, or garnishing bar supplies as needed
• Offer menu recommendations and be knowledgeable about specials or dietary options
• Exhibit dependability and handle multiple tasks effectively during busy periods

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality service is preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication, multitasking skills, and customer-focused attitude
• Friendly, calm, and composed under pressure with attention to detail
• Ability to handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and must be available on Saturdays
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Food handler or alcohol service certification as required by New Hampshire regulations
