ASSISTANT STORE LEAD
The Assistant Store Lead backs up the Store Lead and helps keep every shift running efficiently and positively. They lead by example, support the crew in real time, and adapt quickly to whatever the day brings. This role is all about flexibility, encouragement, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
