Responsibilities:
Ensures Superlative Service
● Greets and welcomes Guests to the Restaurant
● Clean and set tables quickly for the Guests
● Places and delivers quality food items to Guests
● Keeps Host stand clean and Guest-ready
● Manages television stations and volume control to restaurant standards
● Always smile to the guests.
● Follow the uniform standards
Builds Meaningful Relationships
● Establishes relationships to create Guest loyalty, support our Social Media Growth.
● Introduces Guests to other Team members to help create a warm, friendly environment
● Stays informed on current news events and trends to establish rapport
● Supports Servers to ensure dining room Guests receive excellent service.
● Maintains constant communication with Managers on any and all issues affecting operations and the Guest experience
Works Efficiently and Transparently
● Sanitize and follow all the health guidelines at all times.
● Maintains high visibility and availability during hours of operation to assist and build relationships with Guests
● Supports team during peak hours; does whatever it takes to meet Guest needs
● Completes end of shift check-out.
● Completes opening and closing duties as assigned
● Maintains Florida Food Handler Certificate
● Check labels for amount of menus.
● Informs Managers of needed products and supplies to ensure restaurant runs smoothly.
