Title: Store Lead Reporting to: Store Manager

Duties and Responsibilities
· The Store Lead position is a working lead position responsible for carrying out Bobarista duties while guiding other employees and managing/ executing on cleaning and prep work for the smooth operation of My Tea Corner.
· Ensuring prep work is executed and inventory levels are maintained to fill orders while minimizing waste.
· Ensuring customers are engaged in a friendly manner while food and drink orders are accuate.
. Leading and creating Promotional event together with marketing
. Coordinating availabilities of team members and publishing fair schedules while being conscious about labor cost.
· Overseeing safe and consistent preparation and serving of food and beverages.
· Creating a welcoming and positive experience for all customers.
· Overseeing financial reporting and reconciliation including cash open, cash close, daily sales, labor cost management against sales etc.
· Overseeing and assisting in quickly resolving, de-escalating customer concerns and conflicts. Communicating appropriately.
· Ensuring maintaining of a clean, sanitary, safe, clutter free work environment including workstation, kitchen, front of the house, restrooms via hourly, daily, weekly and monthly activities.
· Carrying out scheduled deep cleaning and maintenance. Troubleshooting and scheduling repair as needed.
· Evaluating and modifying processes to improve efficiency and quality of service
· Overseeing food safety and quality controls including monitoring, recording storage temperatures, chemical concentrations, inventory levels and addressing or escalating any deviations.
· Creating a culture of transparency by communicating concerns and issues and collaborating in a timely manner.
· Engaging My Tea Corner team and other external teams for sharing our story.
· Creating content and responding to and ensuring a positive social media presence.
· Brainstorming with teams in out of the box ideas to drive exposure and volume.
· Driving, innovating and engaging to improve service, workflow and efficiency
· Sharing your passion and influencing co-workers on sustainability and giving back to the community.
. Monitoring and reolying to Online reviews. Carrying out investigation of bad/good reviews to improve process and daily procedure.
. Taking inventory and purchasing supplies to ensure adequate inventory for daily/ weekly operation.
. Being in charge of new product Research and developing.
· Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Previous work experience in a quick service restaurant or similar environment.
· Proven ability to motivate, coach and sustain a high performing team.
· Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
· Honest, caring, innovative and fun
· Food Safety Conscientious. Currently holds a Foods Manager Certificate or is able to acquire one within 30 days of hire.
· Ability to safely operate, clean and maintain fryer, grill, oven, blender, dicer and other restaurant equipment
· Thrives in a fast-paced environment
· Proven ability to interpret data and drive decision making.
· Legible handwriting
Preferred Qualifications
· Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
· In charge of social media and/ or a social media influencer
· Leading promotions and driving sales
· Inventory and financial management/ oversight
· Use of Continuous improvement tools
Physical Requirements
Ability to:
· Lift up to 50lbs on occasion, less weight more frequently
· Stand on your feet for extended periods of time (most of shift), Kneel, crouch,
