- Open restaurant. Arrive between 4:30am-5:00am.
- Accomplish all prep work before customers arrive.
- Wait tables, operate cash drawer, answer phones, accept takeout orders and assist takeout customers.
- Complete side-work daily.
- Must be able to work in a very fast paced environment.
- Must be customer service oriented.
- Must be able to arrive on time and be reliable.
- Must be able to handle stress well.
- Must be able to work well with co-workers.
