Responsibilities

  • Report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in a clean uniform.
  • Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and order through restaurant.
  • Prepare station for service prior to guest arrival, including the supplying of service stations.
  • Answer guest questioins regarding menus, make recommendations and help customers choose food/beverages.
  • Moniter diners' satisfaction frequently and anticipate their needs without direction.
  • Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff.
  • Handle complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
  • Process payments accurately.
