Furthermore, we ask managers: · Create an environment where all team members feel welcomed, challenged, and appreciated. · Develop individuals and build teams that are equipped to impress every guest. · Align our service with the McKenzie Service Model. · Make a daily commitment to quality by completing checklists and ensuring freshness in everything we serve.
