Job Overview

Responsibilities 

  • Greet every guest that walks into the restaurant. Be welcoming and accommodating to the best of your ability.
  • Provide guests directions to either the Banquet Hall, Beer Garden or Restrooms as needed.
  • Setting a server section using the floor plan and the RESY OS Application on the IPad at your station. Keep track of tables, open and used, while evenly distributing guest counts to all the servers on the floor.
  • Taking general phones calls and take out orders, ensuring all calls get to the manager on duty in a timely fashion, as well as ensuring all take out orders are completed correctly and closing out the order with the proper payment with use of our Lightspeed System.
  • Provide accurate wait times for guests when the restaurant requires a wait for a table.
  • Keep a clean and orderly workspace, as the host/hostess stand is the first thing the guest will see as they walk into the restaurant.
  • Provide guests with any food or drink specials the restaurant offers that night as they are seated.
