Job Overview

We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to transform complex datasets into actionable business insights. In this role, you will lead end-to-end data projects—from data extraction and modeling to building executive dashboards and delivering strategic recommendations. You will work closely with cross-functional leadership (Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance) to inform decision-making, optimize business processes, and drive overall growth.

Responsibilities

  • Advanced Analytics & Insights: Design, build, and maintain complex SQL queries, statistical models, and data pipelines to analyze business performance and identify key trends.
  • Dashboarding & Reporting: Create and manage intuitive, scalable dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to track core business KPIs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define data requirements, scope analytical projects, and translate business questions into actionable technical specifications.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to evaluate product features, marketing campaigns, and operational changes.
  • Data Quality & Governance: Establish data governance best practices, ensure data integrity across primary systems, and mentor junior analysts on data modeling and analysis techniques.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering roles.
  • Advanced expertise in SQL (query optimization, complex joins, CTEs, window functions).
  • Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Hands-on experience with scripting languages for data analysis (Python or R) and working with data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
  • Solid understanding of statistical concepts, experimentation methodology, and data modeling principles.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
