As a To-Go employee you understand that peoples lives are busy. You ensure they get their food and drinks on time and in an efficient manner without sacrificing quality. You should display a strong sense of urgency and care. You are the go to person for when assistance is needed in the back of house or extra hands are needed to run hot food to guests.
Responsibilites:
• Build Guest Loyalty with order accuracy and on time delivery
• Focus on clean and sanitized Guest touch points and work area
• Ensure that we package food for convenience without compromising quality
• Following opening/closing restaurant procedures
• Answer the phone and take orders
• Handle various impromptu requests from customers
• Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately
• Uphold sanitation and food safety principles
• Assist the kitchen when needed and available.
• Run food when available
• Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
• Correctly ringing in orders into the POS system.
• Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons.
• Keeping to-go retail area clean and stocked
• Following weekly, opening and closing side work to ensure clean restaurant.
• Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol
• Communicating with management any issues or items that are running low or out of.

Qualifications:
Valid USVI food handlers card
Display high initiative, be self-motivated, and require minimal supervision.
Must be able to life 50lbs
Excellent communication skills and multi-tasking skills
