Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Load, run, and unload the dish machine
- Maintain awareness of the flow of business and adjust accordingly
- Keep the dish machine clean and report any issues immediately
- Monitor water temperature to ensure proper sanitation
- Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware and kitchen equipment
- Ensure proper levels of detergents and cleaning supplies
- Remove trash to the dumpster at designated times
- Clean food preparation and production areas as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times
- Assist with food prep during off-peak periods as needed
- Attend all scheduled meetings and contribute ideas for improvement
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift heavy objects above shoulder level
- Constant standing, walking, and use of hands throughout the shift
Work Environment
- Wet, hot, and fast-paced environment
- High expectations for cleanliness, urgency, and attention to detail
- Volume-driven and physically demanding
