Responsibilities 

  • Take direction from your superiors. We do not have waitstaff, We have high volume bartndrs that need to be able to work as a team while being fast on your feet.
  • Quickly and accurately prepare a wide variety of cocktails, beverages, and mixed drinks, often under pressure.
  • Provide excellent service, engage with customers, take drink orders, and respond to inquiries or complaints promptly.
  • Monitor stock levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes, and communicate needs to management for reordering.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning countertops, and disposing of waste properly.
  • Process payments efficiently, manage tabs, and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
  • Stay informed about drink recipes, ingredients, and trends, as well as any special promotions or events.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, as well as local alcohol laws and age restrictions.
  • Work effectively with other staff members, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
  • Handle difficult situations with customers tactfully, including managing intoxicated patrons or resolving disputes.
  • Occasionally train new bartenders or staff on procedures and best practices.

 PAY

Florida tipped minimum wage is 9.98 per hour.
We need the best of the best. We would like to work efficiently with less bartenders so that everyone can go home with more money all while ensuring inventory loss is at a minimum.
