Kitchen Job Description & Requirements
· Must have a Texas Food Handlers Certificate
· Must be at least 16 years of age.
· Ability to life 30-50 pounds
· Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
· Ability to work different shifts. Early mornings, weekends, holidays as needed.
· Ability to say on task with little supervision.
· Prepare all food items turned in by the bar staff correctly and in a time efficient manner.
· Place all orders on correct plates and make food presentable for the customers.
· Packing up all to-go orders for customers.
· Help F&B Managers prepare all tournament food that there might be.
· Help with food table buffet setups and breakdowns.
· Help with all food orders that are delivered from vendors and putting them up where they go.
· Clean and sanitize all dishes, cookware, and utensils.
· Storing all food items and properly labeling all items with dates.
· Keeping the kitchen clean and stocked.
· Stock all prep tables and ensure walk-in in prepared for the day and the following morning/lunch shift.
· Sweeping, mopping and cleaning floors at closing and throughout the day to ensure cleanliness.
· Taking out garbage and replacing liners.
· Washing dishes and keeping dishwasher clean.
