Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Front-End Developer / Web Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize responsive, user-friendly web applications and websites. You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, back-end engineers, and product managers to translate design wireframes into high-quality, performant front-end code.

Responsibilities

  • Front-End Development: Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performing web interfaces using modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
  • UI/UX Implementation: Translate visual designs, wireframes, and prototypes (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) into clean, functional code with pixel-perfect accuracy.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize web pages and applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser/cross-device compatibility.
  • API Integration: Connect front-end interfaces with back-end RESTful APIs or GraphQL services to display dynamic content seamlessly.
  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Debug, maintain, and upgrade existing web applications, ensuring ongoing security and UI consistency.
  • Code Quality & Collaboration: Write clean, modular, and maintainable code; participate in peer code reviews; and contribute to team coding standards.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Core Technologies: Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern CSS frameworks/preprocessors (e.g., Tailwind CSS, SASS, Bootstrap).
  • Framework Experience: Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework/library (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular, Next.js).
  • Responsive Design: Deep understanding of mobile-first development principles and cross-browser testing.
  • Tools & Workflow: Experience with version control systems (Git) and web build tools (e.g., Vite, Webpack, npm).
  • Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong attention to visual detail, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to collaborate in an Agile environment.
  • Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field preferred); 1–3+ years of web development experience or a strong portfolio of projects.
