Poppa Rollo's Pizza is looking for positive and energetic servers for our Waco and Hewitt locations. Come be a part of a Waco tradition!
We offer full time or part time positions; we have flexible hours; and our servers keep 100% of the tips they receive.
Poppa Rollo's Pizza provides customers with full table service, carry out service, and catering service. Our servers are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction in the front of house by greeting customers, taking and delivering food and drink orders, and collecting payment for orders at the end of service. By nature of the job description our servers are required to pay attention to the order of service to be able to anticipate the needs and requests of customers for condiments, refills, and togo boxes; and our servers are required to be able to perform other table service related tasks such as pre bussing.
The ideal candidate is humble, possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, can multi-task effectively, and is able to direct and adjust their focus towards customers and co-workers. Other cognitive skills such as problem solving and memory recall are valued as well.

Responsibilities 

• Greeting customers;
• Taking drink and food orders;
• Making/preparing and delivering food orders;
• Checking on customers throughout their meal and anticipating needs/wants;
• Pre-bussing tables before the end of service;
• Delivering checks and collecting payment for orders;
• Cleaning and restocking of service and service kitchen areas.
