Position Summary:
The Kitchen Expeditor (EXPO) serves as the crucial link between the kitchen and front-of-house team, ensuring accurate, timely, and elegant presentation of every plate that leaves the kitchen. The EXPO upholds A’Leurer’s standard of excellence by coordinating food flow, quality control, and communication.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the liaison between kitchen staff and servers to ensure orders are accurate and timely
• Check plating for consistency, quality, and presentation before food leaves the line
• Prioritize and organize ticket flow to ensure efficiency during service
• Communicate any delays, modifications, or special requests clearly and quickly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line and window
• Assist in restocking and preparing service station
Skills
