What You'll Do:
Sell the Experience: Your primary responsibility will be selling tickets to our amazing customers, whether they're walking up to our booth or calling in. You'll be their go-to source for information about trips, schedules, and pricing.
Exceptional Customer Service: Providing top-notch customer service is in your DNA. You'll answer customer inquiries via various channels – phone, email, social media – and make sure every customer leaves with a smile.
Problem Solver: When challenges arise, you'll be ready to tackle them head-on with your excellent problem-solving skills.
Neat and Tidy: Our ticket booth is your domain, and you'll keep it clean and organized, ensuring that it reflects the high standards of our company.
Trip Connoisseur: You'll be the fountain of knowledge when it comes to our trips and ticket prices, helping customers make the best choices for their adventure.

Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Detail-Oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Cash handling experience is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications; willingness to learn reservation software programs.
- Problem Solver: You possess sound problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Responsible for constantly reviewing and updating procedures and policies as updates happen frequently
