Bar Lead/Trainer:
Responsibilities:
Inventory Management and manage inventory reports, reconcile discrepancies
Ordering Beer and Liquor with cost and budget adherence
Manage and keep up to date our Untapped page
Listen to customer feedback on bar items
Maintain a visually attractive, clean, and safe bar station that's welcoming to guests.
You are responsible for the bartenders- accountability, training, et. al. Manage your team!
Develop seasonal cocktail menus in a timely manner, and communicate to the marketing team and FOH. 
Train servers on available bar selections and cocktails
Work with GM on bar staffing for events.
Hybrid management/bartending.
Support your team and the GM as needed.
Occasional Floor Manager Shifts as needed paid at FM rate.

Qualifications:
3 years bartending experience
Vast cocktail and craft beer knowledge and desire and ability to share that knowledge
Comfortable with Pour My Beer System
Knowledgeable with the OHLQ ordering system and Untapped
Able to maintain good relationships with reps
Responsive and a good communicator
Grace under pressure
Ability to listen and respond
Ability to diffuse tough situations
12-15 based on experience, plus tips
