Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and take orders promptly
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards
• Assess customers' preferences and make recommendations
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed, notify if stock levels are low
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies
• Uphold a positive and professional attitude at all times
• Full dining and drink service for bar patrons and drink service for the restaurant as well

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender/ barback preferred
• Have worked for ZOMO from 18 months
• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail mixing techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
• Must be of legal drinking age
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS) is a plus
• Understanding of local liquor laws
• Physical ability to handle bar tasks including lifting kegs, cases, & bottles
