Job Summary:

Lead the team at Qargo Coffee as a Store Manager. This role involves overseeing all store operations and fostering a welcoming environment for customers and staff alike.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience (retail preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of inventory management.
  • Minimum 2 years of Store Manager experience.
  • Minimum 2 years in customer service.
  • Leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for coffee and excellent service.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Job Details:

  • Shift Options: 8-hour, morning, or day shifts
