Responsibilities
- Assist with basic fish preparation, trimming, and packaging
- Support to-go sushi production, including prep and simple plating
- Provide customer service and operate the register
- Restock products and support inventory management
- Maintain cleanliness and follow sanitation procedures (workstations, equipment, refrigeration units)
- Receive and inspect deliveries
- Collaborate with team members and support daily operations as needed
Skills
Required:
- Strong customer service mindset

Preferred: - Experience in a fish market, seafood handling, or food service
