Responsibilities 

  • Assist with basic fish preparation, trimming, and packaging
  • Support to-go sushi production, including prep and simple plating
  • Provide customer service and operate the register
  • Restock products and support inventory management
  • Maintain cleanliness and follow sanitation procedures (workstations, equipment, refrigeration units)
  • Receive and inspect deliveries
  • Collaborate with team members and support daily operations as needed

Required:

  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and perform tasks with care
  • High attention to hygiene and food safety
  • Good time-management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    Preferred:
  • Experience in a fish market, seafood handling, or food service
  • Knife skills or kitchen prep experience
  • English and/or Japanese communication ability
  • Team-oriented attitude with flexibility to take on various tasks
