Responsible for Keeping our dressings and in house sauces stocked and properly rotated.
-Manage prep person's list as well as keep up with their pace to ensure proper work flow is being executed.
-Must be able to learn and retain key information and eventually know how to make sauces on the fly, per our prep guide.
-Have previous management skills as well as kitchen experience.
-always be able to abide by a standard code of conduct and have good work etiquette.
-be able to move at a quick/fast pace to ensure all prep list is done, both for lead kitchen and prep area.
-have knowledge of ordering and putting away truck orders, as well as inputting invoices into our system.
-Be willing to report to Assisstant GMs and General manager at the end of each day to ensure all work is checked through.
Summary
In the role of Assistant Lead Kitchen Manager, you will oversee kitchen operations and staff training, ensuring high standards of food service management and hospitality. Reporting to the General Manager, you will utilize your core skills in team management and supervising experience to foster a productive work environment. Your premium skills in food preparation and inventory control will be essential in maintaining quality and efficiency. With relevant experience in casual dining and catering, you will contribute to delivering exceptional culinary experiences while supporting the overall success of our establishment.

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
