Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items with attention to quality and presentation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Manage inventory, food storage, and proper rotation
  • Utilize modern technology, including ToastTab POS, Google Workspace, and mobile scheduling apps
  • Work collaboratively with team members, suppliers, and guests to ensure a smooth operation
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Subject to drug/alcohol screening upon application, yearly, and for incident reviews (10-panel test, including THC)
  • Ability to lift 20-50 lbs routinely
  • Professional appearance, attitude, and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficient knowledge of restaurant operations, including food prep, safety regulations, and inventory management
